Terms applying to sales of lithographs on vita-art.fr. Original works are subject to a specific contract with the gallery.
1. Seller

2. Products
Lithographs are described with their dimensions, technique and, where applicable, edition size, numbering and signature. Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight colour differences may occur depending on screens.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed, according to the destination country.
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and full payment by card via SumUp’s secure platform. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment, notified by email.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and areas are set out in the shipping policy. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason. Notify us via the contact form; return the product in its original condition, at your own cost, within 14 days. Refunds are made within 14 days of notification, and at the latest upon receipt of the product.
7. Legal guarantees
Customers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.
8. Mediation and disputes
